Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policies
- To apply for refund, please submit cancellation request with official affiliation stamp to iccaapbemacao@gmail.com before 23:59 Aug 31, 2026 (GMT+8). A 70% refund will be granted for eligible applications.
- No refund will be approved for cancellations made after the deadline, as well as unclaimed attendance on site.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.
Insurance
- Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide insurance coverage for participants against booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
